IPPC is an informal, virtual network, and thus has no annual budget. It is administered on a voluntary basis by Khi V. Thai, Ph.D., Professor, Florida Atlantic University, and by a voluntary Advisory Council. Professor Thai is the IPPC founder and has financed annual cost of IPPC management, including the website-related costs. After its contracted webmaster passed away, the website has been managed voluntarily by IT team of Learning Resources Center, Cantho University,Vietnam.
